Limited Company

Self-Employed

Owing to legislative changes starting back in the 2014 tax year, supervision/direction/control paved the way for HMRC to charge PAYE and NI on self-employment services delivered via intermediaries.

Employee

You will be processed under our staff payroll as with any other PAYE role. All of your employment tax and National Insurance obligations will be taken care of by Populus Solutions.
